4. Completion of a Purchase

Credit card payment is the only form of payment Julie’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts accepts for products ordered by you through the website. Any orders placed by you on this Website constitute a binding offer by you to conclude a purchase with Julie’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts. The binding purchase agreement comes into existence only when Julie’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts accepts your order on the Website by sending you an e-mail or written communication, or by shipping the products ordered.

7. Product Availability

Once Julie’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts accepts your order, it will attempt to promptly fill the order subject to available inventories. Should an item not be available Julie’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts will place your order on backorder status and contact you, at which time you may cancel or reaffirm your order at your option.

8. Terms of Payment

The purchase price for the products ordered by you is due upon the shipment of your order. Upon shipment, Julie’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts will charge the credit card account you identified when your order was placed for the purchase price, the cost of shipping and handling and applicable taxes. You may not make a set off against Julie’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts claim for payment unless the amount set off is not disputed by Julie’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts or has been the subject of a final and binding judgment against Julie’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts.

9. Delivery and Reservation of Title

The products ordered by you will be delivered to the address entered by you through a delivery service selected by Julie’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts. You agree that the products ordered and sent to you remain Julie’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts property until full payment has been received by Julie’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts.

10. Right to Cancel the Purchase

You may not cancel your purchase if the products have been used, worn, damaged or on sale. You may cancel your purchase for any other reason up to two weeks (14 days) following your receipt of the ordered products. If you cancel your purchase, Julie’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts will, upon timely receipt of the returned products, refund or credit any payments, except shipping and handling charges, you have made for the ordered products. To cancel your purchase, you must send a written notice, including a copy of your original receipt, to the address specified below within two weeks (14 days) of your receipt of the products, or send the products back including a copy of your original receipt, to the following address within two weeks of your receipt of the products:

If you cancel the purchase by written notice, you must return the products to this address within 30 days of cancellation. In case you cancel the purchase you are responsible for the costs of and arrangements for the shipment of the products to be sent back to Julie’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts. Every returned purchase must be returned fully insured for the value of the purchase. You must take reasonable care that the products are not damaged during their return.

11. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

LIMITED WARRANTY

Julie’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts warrants for a period of thirty days (30 days), beginning on the date of your receipt of the products, that it’s products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is extended only to you, as the purchaser of the products, and not to any subsequent owner of the products.

You may return defective products to us within thirty days (30 days) of the date of your receipt of the products for replacement (subject to product availability) or in store credit, at Julie’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts option.

Include in the returned materials a written statement of the following: your telephone number, your full address, the date you received the products, the nature of the defect, and a copy of your original sales receipt.

You are responsible for the costs of and arrangements for the shipment of the products to be sent back to Julie’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts. In the event Julie’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts determines that your warranty claim is justified, Julie’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts will refund to you the necessary costs of shipment through the U.S. Postal Service. Every returned purchase must be returned fully insured for the value of the purchase. You must take reasonable care that the products are not damaged during their return.
